Downloading may fail. See the solution below.

7.1 Download failure with “Paste URL”

URL in “Paste URL”, the program will appear to start downloading after recognizing the video name, but after a few seconds, a red exclamation point surrounded by a red circle will appear, download failed.

To prevent videos from being downloaded, many video sites always change the encryption method.
Go to the “Auto detect” tab and play the video in the built-in browser to see if the video can be detected and downloaded.

7.2 Download failure with “Auto-detect”

The program will detect the video file and start downloading it. If the video download stops prematurely and you see an exclamation point in a red circle, this may be due to an unstable network. Select a stable network connection, then right-click the task and click “Start to download” to continue.
